About the Role:

The ERP In-Charge is responsible for the successful implementation, configuration, and daily management of the organization's core business applications—including Tally and the ERP System (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, SAP Business One, Oracle NetSuite). The primary goal is to ensure these systems accurately manage the complex manufacturing, inventory, costing, and financial processes unique to the cable industry.

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

1. Manufacturing & Inventory System Management

  • Bill of Materials (BOM) Management: Oversee the accurate setup and maintenance of multi-level BOMs specific to cable and wire manufacturing, accounting for metal weights (copper/aluminum), insulation, sheathing, and reeling/packaging.
