Hiring: Project Manager – Analytics, ERP & Data Migration (Remote) 🔹

We are looking for a hands-on Project Manager with strong experience delivering large-scale analytics and ERP-to-cloud data migration programs. This role requires end-to-end ownership of delivery, especially for ERP-integrated analytics platforms built on AWS ETL services and Medallion Architecture.

👉 Certifications are not mandatory — proven execution and delivery experience is key.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end ERP data migration and analytics projects
  • Manage migration from legacy and modern ERP systems to cloud-based analytics platforms
  • Own the full project lifecycle: planning, execution, governance, risk management, and closure
  • Build and manage detailed project plans covering scope, timelines, dependencies, and risks
  • Coordinate with ERP functional teams, data engineers, analytics teams, business stakeholders, and vendors
  • Drive ETL workflows using AWS Glue, Amazon S3, and downstream analytics layers
  • Ensure implementation of Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold)
  • Oversee data validation, reconciliation, UAT, cutover, and go-live
  • Run governance forums, status reporting, and executive communications
  • Ensure data quality, compliance, and minimal business disruption during migration

ERP Systems:

  • SAP (ECC, S/4HANA)
  • Oracle (EBS, Fusion)
  • JD Edwards (JDE)
  • IBM systems (AS/400, DB2-based ERPs)
  • Microsoft Dynamics
  • Other legacy/custom ERP platforms

Data & Analytics Stack:

  • AWS Glue (ETL / ELT)
  • Amazon S3 (Data Lake)
  • Medallion Architecture (Bronze / Silver / Gold)
  • Cloud Data Warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift – preferred)
  • SQL-based validation and reconciliation

🔹 Required Experience & Skills

  • 15–20 years of overall Project Management experience
  • Strong hands-on experience in ERP data migration / modernization
  • Proven delivery of analytics and data engineering projects
  • Deep understanding of ETL, data pipelines, and migration risks
  • Experience working with AWS-based data platforms
  • Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills
  • Strong communication, planning, and execution mindset
  • Delivery-focused approach where results matter more than certifications
