Job Description

Responsibilities:
Identify and close sales opportunities with our clients, such as contract renewals, cross-sells, and up-sells
Demonstrate Cvent solutions and services to accounts
Build and develop strong relationships with key decision-makers of accounts for continued business
Collaborate with internal resources such as Sales and Client Services teams to ensure complete customer satisfaction with Cvent products and services
Acknowledge and resolve customer issues within 24 hours
Call on existing clients in an effort to meet and exceed individual and department revenue expectations
Target and pursue key accounts within North America with individual action plans to grow them.
Accurately forecast sales opportunities through pipeline reports
Effectively and accurately manage personal revenue pipeline to maximize all business opportunities
Log sales activities/tasks in the system
Perform additional duties as assigned
