We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager to join a global leader in flexible workspace solutions in Germany.


This role is key to generating new revenue from large organizations through proactive outreach, strategic relationship building, and full-cycle deal management across national and international markets.

What will you do?

  • Drive new revenue by sourcing, engaging, and converting enterprise clients (200+ white-collar employees)

  • Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to close — across multiple geographies

  • Build C-level relationships and develop account strategies to grow existing business

  • Collaborate with brokers and real estate advisors to expand market reach

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless solution delivery

  • Deliver accurate forecasts and maintain a strong, active sales pipeline
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B solution selling with a focus on enterprise accounts

  • Skilled in independently sourcing and progressing long-cycle deals

  • Confident engaging senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making

  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to exceed revenue targets

  • Experience in commercial real estate or flexible workspace is a plus

  • Comfortable navigating global, matrixed environments and cross-functional teams

  • Native in German, and good knowledge of English.
