Parikshak.ai is building the Prompt-to-Hire™ AI recruitment platform, helping companies move from hiring intent to interview-ready talent 3× faster, with structured, bias-reduced evaluation.

We've proven early traction.
Now, we're entering mid-market and enterprise conversations — where buying decisions involve CHROs, TA heads, business leaders, and procurement.

This role exists to own and scale that motion.

What you will own

  • Enterprise & Mid-Market Revenue

    • Own the full sales cycle: discovery solutioning commercial negotiation closure

    • Drive deals with multiple stakeholders (HR, TA, Ops, Finance, CXOs)
