Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of named enterprise accounts and execute a territory/account plan to penetrate and expand within them.
  • Conduct C-level discovery and craft tailored solutions using Sprout’s product suite.
  • Navigate complex buying groups with at least 3–5 decision-makers per deal.
  • Generate at least 25% of pipeline through outbound efforts, referrals, and social selling.
  • Work with marketing on targeted industry campaigns and follow-up cadences.
  • Relationship Management
  • Drive multi-threaded stakeholder engagement with HR, Finance, IT, and C-suite leaders.
  • Build long-term relationships that drive repeat business and upsells.
  • Provide field intelligence on market trends, competition, and customer feedback.
  • Maintain deal hygiene and accuracy in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce).
  • Forecast accurately and maintain a 3x pipeline coverage ratio.
