Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Enterprise Sales Representative, based in Bengaluru. The responsibilities include identifying and engaging with potential enterprise clients, managing the full sales cycle, building and maintaining relationships with key accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs. The role also involves providing insights to refine sales strategies and ensuring alignment with organizational sales goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent presentation skills and past experience in presenting sales product demonstrations
- Experience in Sales, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals
- Comfortable with cold calling and adept at navigating sales objections
- Proficiency in Account Management and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Familiarity with Sales Operations and Sales Management processes
- Proven ability to work in a team-oriented and target-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the SaaS or technology industry is mandatory
- Experience with workflows, automation and AI technologies are preferred
- Flexibility to work in the US Shift (Night Shift)

- You are not comfortable handling end to end sales from prospecting to closure
