Role Summary

Trusys is an AI assurance platform that helps enterprises test, secure, and monitor AI applications (LLMs, RAG, voice agents, agentic workflows). Our product suite includes:

  • Tru Eval (AI functional testing & regression)
  • Tru Scout (AI security testing / red-teaming)
  • Tru Pulse (AI monitoring & observability)

We are hiring an enterprise seller who can build pipeline and close deals by positioning Trusys as the quality, security, and compliance layer for AI apps in production.


Mandatory Requirement (Non-negotiable)

Candidate must have relevant experience selling similar, prevalent categoriesβ€”at least one of:

  • Cybersecurity (AppSec/DevSecOps, DLP, SIEM/SOC, IAM/PAM, CNAPP, MDR/XDR)
  • GRC / Compliance automation / Privacy tooling
  • Observability / Monitoring / APM platforms
  • Testing / QA automation platforms

Plus: proven POC-led enterprise selling with multi-stakeholder buying committees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own full enterprise sales cycle: prospecting β†’ discovery β†’ demo β†’ POC β†’ negotiation β†’ closure
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline using outbound, inbound, partners, and events
  • Lead discovery across stakeholders (CIO/CTO, CISO, Head of AI/ML, Engineering, Product, Risk/Compliance)
  • Qualify use cases and risks: hallucinations, data leakage, prompt injection, tool misuse, regression issues, latency/cost spikes
  • Drive POCs: define scope, success metrics, timelines, stakeholders, and conversion plan
  • Coordinate with pre-sales/engineering on demos, technical workshops, and integrations (telemetry, test suites, policies)
  • Create proposals, commercial terms, and pricing;
    manage procurement and security reviews
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting;
    report pipeline, stage conversion, and win/loss insights
  • Drive expansions: multi-product adoption (Eval + Scout + Pulse), multi-team rollouts, renewals

What Success Looks Like (KPIs)

  • Qualified pipeline coverage (e.G., 3–4x quota)
  • Strong POC-to-paid conversion rate
  • New ARR closed per quarter + multi-year contracts
  • Expansion revenue from existing accounts
  • Repeatable playbooks by industry (BFSI/fintech, healthcare, SaaS, contact centers, travel)

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong consultative selling and enterprise negotiation
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes (risk reduction, audit readiness, faster releases, fewer incidents)
  • Comfort working with technical teams and product leaders
  • Solid understanding of modern software delivery, security, and monitoring concepts
  • (LLM basics are a plus;
    we’ll train the AI-specific depth.)
