We’re expanding our team and seeking an experienced Enterprise Service Management (ESM) Consultant with a strong background in ITSM/ESM and a drive for creating scalable, impactful solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Design, implement, and continuously improve Enterprise Service Management (ESM) solutions tailored to the needs of large-scale organizations.
• Collaborate closely with clients and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze challenges, and define strategic, value-driven solutions.
• Deliver, configure, and customize robust service management solutions using OpenText SMAX, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Contribute to the development, enhancement, and alignment of ITSM/ITIL processes with industry best practices and organizational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in ITSM/ESM projects.
• Practical knowledge of OpenText SMAX or similar platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, Freshdesk).
• Valid ITIL certification (v3 or 4).
• Familiarity with scripting and web services (REST/SOAP).
• Experience in IT process consulting or optimization is a plus
• Involvement in digital transformation or workflow automation initiatives is a strong asset
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
