Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Guidewire Developer to design, build, and configure applications that meet complex business requirements. This role offers the opportunity to work on Guidewire ClaimCenter within a dynamic insurance technology environment. You will lead technical reviews, mentor team members, and ensure best practices are followed throughout development.
Key Responsibilities
· Design, develop, and test software solutions.
· Maintain and enhance business systems and applications.
· Troubleshoot and resolve application issues promptly.
· Create and update technical documentation.
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and develop functionality.
· Ensure proper patterns and practices are applied across development teams.
· Act as a technical mentor and consultant to junior developers.
· Contribute to delivering cost-effective, high-quality business solutions.
Skills
· Hands-on experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter configuration.
· Strong knowledge of Guidewire applications’ design and architecture.
· Working knowledge of PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ContactManager.
· Proficiency in GOSU, Guidewire Event & Rules Framework, and Guidewire Web Services.
· Solid understanding of XML & JSON formats, and build tools like ANT, Maven, and Gradle.
· Strong communication and team-building skills.
· Ability to coach team members and assist in issue resolution.
· Familiarity with the full software development lifecycle using Agile methodology.
