Enterprise & Solution Architect (Hands-On | Cloud | AI/GenAI | Services

Role Overview

We are hiring a hands-on Enterprise & Solution Architect who combines deep technical execution, strong architectural judgment, and client-facing leadership. This role is not advisory-only. You will design, code, review, and ship systems, while also owning solution closure in pre-sales and delivery contexts.

You will work across large enterprise platforms and medium-scale systems, designing clean, scalable architectures, modern cloud-native platforms, data & analytics systems, and AI/GenAI-enabled applications. You will operate as a trusted technical counterpart to CTOs, Enterprise Architects, and Engineering Heads.

Responsibilities

Architecture & Engineering Execution

• Own end-to-end solution architecture—from problem framing to production rollout.

• Design systems using clean architecture, DDD, microservices, event-driven patterns, and secure-by-design principles.

• Stay deeply hands-on: coding, PoCs, critical path implementations, and architecture-level code reviews.

• Drive engineering rigor: performance, scalability, reliability, security, observability.

Cloud & Platform Leadership

• Architect and guide cloud-native and hybrid solutions on public cloud platforms.

• Design IaC-driven, containerized, and platform-based systems.

• Lead cloud migration, modernization, and optimization initiatives.

• Balance architecture purity with real-world delivery constraints.

Data, Analytics & AI

• Design enterprise data platforms including data warehouses, analytical layers, and ML-ready pipelines.

• Architect AI/ML and GenAI solutions, including LLM-based applications, RAG patterns, and AI-enabled workflows.

• Ensure scalability, governance, security, and enterprise readiness of AI solutions.

Client Engagement & Technical Closure

• Act as primary technical interface for CTOs, CIOs, Enterprise Architects, and IT leaders.

• Lead architecture workshops, solution walkthroughs, and design signoffs.

• Translate business goals into clear, defensible technical solutions.

• Own technical credibility during deal closure—from solutioning to confidence building.

Pre-Sales, RFPs & Services Delivery

• Lead or significantly contribute to RFP responses, estimations, solution decks, and technical proposals.

• Support sales teams with architecture clarity, feasibility validation, and differentiation.

• Operate comfortably in services timelines, delivery pressure, and fixed/variable engagement models.

• Mentor teams to execute predictably under deadlines.

Thought Leadership

• Actively publish blogs, whitepapers, or technical content.

• Participate in technical communities, forums, or internal IP creation.

• Shape internal architecture standards and accelerators.

Experience & Qualifications

• 15+ years in software engineering, architecture, and solution delivery

• Strong background in IT services / consulting environments

• Proven delivery across Banking, Healthcare, E-commerce domain

• Demonstrated hands-on coding credibility

• Exceptional technical + executive communication skill
