$170,000.00 - $200,000.00 Annual SalaryThe Enterprise Solutions Architect (ESA) bridges business process design and enterprise solution architecture to deliver measurable outcomes across Swinerton. The ESA partners with business leaders, Product Managers/Solutions Managers , and delivery teams to (1) understand and improve end-to-end workflows, (2) translate requirements into solution options and recommendations, and (3) ensure designs align to enterprise standards and platform strategy.
In collaboration with the National Director of Enterprise Architecture, the ESA is accountable for solution integrity (process, data, integration, security, and operability) and for creating clear line-of-sight from business outcomes to capabilities, systems/data, and delivered change.
