Job Description

The Sr. Staff (or Staff) Developer, Windchill PLM System will design and develop enterprise-wide PLM configuration and workflow improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical needs. This role requires deep knowledge of Windchill PLM features, a passion for innovation, and a proven record of leading high‑performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop the overall design of several PTC PLM modules (Windchill premium, advance, navigator, collaborator) ensuring they align with business requirements.
• Create detailed design specifications for configuration, minor customizations, and integrations with ERP and other customer applications.
• Design intuitive and user‑friendly interfaces for Windchill applications, ensuring the UI meets standards and enhances user experience.
