Job Duties Job Duties The Systems Analyst for Enrolment Services is responsible for designing and implementing technology-based solutions that enhance the operational efficiency and service excellence of Student Services throughout the student life cycle. This role combines strategic planning and technological expertise with analytical and process optimization skills to analyze, specify, and validate the business needs of stakeholders, be they customers or end users. This includes eliciting and compiling user requirements to understand the technology solutions they need.
