Motivated and energetic Scrum Master to join our team as a key leader in our Agile transformation, responsible for guiding and coaching a team to effectively use the Scrum framework. He will facilitate all Scrum events, support the Product Owner in managing the product backlog, and help the team remove impediments to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products. He will have a passion for Agile principles, a servant leadership mindset, and a strong desire to foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment with a track record of implementing agile techniques.


Responsibilities:
  • Scrum Master is expected to guide and coach teams on the effective use of the Scrum framework. Key responsibilities include:
    • Agile and Scrum Facilitation:
      • Coordinating and facilitating all Scrum events, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. 
      • Guiding the team to higher levels of Scrum maturity. 
      • Assisting with internal and external communication to improve transparency. 
    • Team and Product Owner Support:
      • Coaching team members in Agile frameworks and servant leadership. 
      • Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially in managing the product backlog. 
      • Working with the Product Owner to handle backlogs and new requests.
    • Project and Process Management:
      • Managing the scope and timeline for each project. 
      • Coordinate all project phases: Requirements, Design, Development, Testing, and Hypercare
      • Removing impediments and resolving conflicts that could obstruct the team's progress. 
      • Collaborating with the team to schedule work, including addressing defect remediation and refactoring to manage technical debt. 
      • Ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards at the end of each sprint. 
    • Metrics and Reporting
      • Tracking product metrics
      • Provide regular status updates to stakeholders 
      • Communicate the project successes, sprint release notes

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent experience
  • 2-5 years of experience
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Ability to understand end user issues
  • Technical hands-on experience
  • Able to work independently and excel in a collaborative environment
  • Ability to trouble shoot
  • Demonstrated knowledge of applicable IT systems /applications
  • Ability to develop new systems and tools
  • Experience in documenting and maintaining up to date systems procedures
  • Demonstrated analytical skills
  • Experience in performing in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to identify and implement process improvements
