Lead Application Manager

We are seeking a skilled Lead Application Manager to oversee the management of business-critical systems. This role involves ensuring system stability, performance, and compliance.

• Provide L2/L3 support for enterprise applications; resolve incidents, requests, and enhancements.

This position requires strong leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and drive process improvements. The ideal candidate will have experience with application management tools such as ServiceNow/JIRA and a solid understanding of data analysis principles.

Main Responsibilities

1. To provide second- or third-level technical assistance on all IT platform components including both hardware & software;


2. To lead release planning processes across multiple releases simultaneously while considering capabilities like configuration items in place since last transition point which affects data migrations toward final outcomes with established SLAs/ SLOs!
