Enterprise Team Lead

We're looking for a Team Lead who knows how to keep enterprise clients running smoothly. 
You'll guide a sharp crew of engineers handling some of our largest, most complex environments—think multi-site networks, critical uptime, and the occasional high-stakes escalation. 

This isn't a “sit in meetings and nod” leadership role. You'll roll up your sleeves, mentor your team, and make sure our enterprise clients get the kind of service that makes them wonder why they ever worked with anyone else.
