This role involves technical liaison responsibilities and collaborating closely with clients to understand their needs while ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of client-facing experience, a strong background in computer science or engineering, and excellent problem-solving skills. A competitive salary range of 120,000 – 170,000 CAD is offered along with equity and various benefits.
