Job Description

  • Event Coordination: Oversee and coordinate entertainment events and activities across theresort, ensuring all programs meet the brand’s standards for quality and guestsatisfaction.
  • Creative Development: Design and implement innovative entertainment conceptsaligned with current trends and the resort’s identity.
  • Operations Management: Supervise performer schedules, logistics, andtechnical setups to ensure smooth execution of all events and activities.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate the Entertainment Team, conduct performanceevaluations and foster a positive work environment.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with F&B, Operations, Marketing, and PR teams to ensurecohesive event delivery and enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Guest Feedback: Collect and analyze guest feedback to improve entertainment offeringsand maintain high satisfaction levels.
