Your Purpose
The Entertainment Operations Manager will oversee the entertainment operations of various MSC Cruise ships based around the world.
Ensuring standards and procedures are delivered effectively, guaranteeing our guests receive amazing entertainment and our valued teams are fully supported.
Ensuring that content resonates with specific audience/demographic, preparing ships to join new markets.
Communicating, creating feedback & analysis on content, suppliers, and staff to ensure the forward momentum of the department.
Generating effective and efficient workflows and a consistent support network for our large team, recruiting, training, and managing Cruise Directors from shoreside as we move into the next evolution of entertainment on board the world's best equipped and most modern fleet at sea.
