Responsibilities:

Provide ongoing operational support for Entra ID and AD to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

• Perform regular health checks, performance tuning, and patching for AD and Entra ID services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to user identities, access, authentication, and synchronization, including problems with ADFS, Azure AD Connect, Group Policy (GPO), and DNS
• Configure and troubleshoot Conditional Access Policies, MFA, SSPR, Identity Protection alerts, and risk-based access .
