Job Description
Role Purpose:
As a Level 3 Engineer, you are the technical backbone for enterprise managed services, specializing in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD). You resolve complex incidents, design and execute high-impact configuration changes, and drive automation across identity lifecycle and governance. You have working exposure to AI frameworks to enhance operations (predictive monitoring, anomaly detection) and you own BAU activities, documentation, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Advanced Incident & Problem Management: Resolve escalated L3 incidents for Entra ID, identity governance and access; lead RCA and implement permanent fixes.
Request & Change Management: Execute privileged configuration changes (Global Admin, Conditional Access, RBAC); adhere to approval workflows and change governance.
Automation & Scripting: Build and maintain PowerShell/Runbook automation for joiner–mover–leaver, access reviews, group hygiene, compliance checks; integrate with...
