    · The role is best suited to someone who thrives amid ambiguity, brings a "founder" mindset, and has demonstrated strong 0-to-1 delivery in the real world (not just PPT/analysis).

    · Ownership is non-negotiable. The person should not expect detailed instructions-they must be comfortable figuring things out, iterating quickly, and bringing in others as needed.

    · They'll directly own and drive at least 1-2 critical functions or new bets for Mosaic within the first 6-12 months

    · The company (and I) can trust them to "just get it done" with minimal supervision-results matter more than process

    The Successful Applicant

    A successful Entrepreneur-in-Residence (International SBU) Office professional should have:

    · Heavy operations focus: Needs to have successfully run/live-owned high-intensity projects or functions-possibly as a founder, EIR, or early builder in a startup.

    · Ambiguity + velocity: We are not selling playbooks-we're building them. A track record of building systems/processes from scratch is critical.

    · Exceptional people & communication skills: Written ability does not have to be "consulting-perfect," but they must be able to galvanize teams, set clarity, and communicate clearly up/down/laterally-most of the value will come from team mobilization, not just writing emails.

    · High agency, low ego: The strongest candidates are those who show hunger, resourcefulness, and a do-whatever-it-takes attitude. No "this isn't my job" mindsets.
