About This Role

The role of a program manager is critical in overseeing the operations and processes of startup programs, designing and implementing effective business strategies to position them as high-quality initiatives both locally and internationally.

This includes building relationships with stakeholders, establishing partnerships, ensuring program excellence and managing teams. Additionally, it involves leading startup selection processes, tracking progress of participating startups while providing support when required.
