Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive B2B sales in the Advertising and AdTech segment by acquiring and managing agency, brand, and platform clients.
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiations, and closures.
- Engage with AdTech clients, performance marketers, agencies, and digital decision-makers.
- Understand client advertising objectives and propose performance-driven solutions.
- Work closely with leadership to execute revenue and go-to-market strategies.
- Conduct market research within digital advertising, programmatic, affiliate, and performance marketing domains.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams for seamless client delivery.
- Track pipeline, forecasts, and revenue metrics with accuracy.
- Take ownership of strategic initiatives and business growth projects.
- Demonstrate entrepreneurial ownership in scaling processes and client relationships.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate from a Top-Tier B.Tech college .
- Strong interest in the Advertising / AdTech industry .
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site Gurgaon environment.
- Performance marketing exposure is an added advantage.
- Prior internships or projects in sales, marketing, consulting, or startups preferred.
