Overview

The Role: Beyond the Cold Call. A Masterclass in Enterprise Sales

Acerta is looking for high-initiative, A-Player SDRs to act as the frontline of our revenue engine. This is not a high-volume churn and burn role. You will be a strategic partner in our Land and Expand strategy, driving new logos while simultaneously orchestrating complex outreach into our existing enterprise accounts to spark multi-site expansions.

You won't just book meetings. You will spend your day engaging with Manufacturing leaders, performing deep discovery, and qualifying intent using professional frameworks (SPICED/MEDDPICC). We are looking for builders who want to master the art of industrial sales, leverage cutting-edge AI tools such as Clay and Apollo), and graduate into a sales role at a deliberate, high-performance pace.
