How you will make an impact
As Junior Supporter you will engage in proactive customer-oriented actions on all incoming requests in regards to installation, maintenance of end-user-devices, videoconference-systems and user-management. You will support a Windows 10 and Windows 11 environment including installation of ARLA-approved software as well as support of mobile devices to ensure compliance and function of digital company-applications. We value process documentation, thus you will contribute to the creation of knowledge-based articles in our shared knowledge database to ensure documentation of lessons-learned and provide help on future solution processes.
