Entry-Level Architect

We’re hiring Junior Architects to join our team!

1. Requirements :

1A. Cognitive ability is the ability to learn and pull together disparate pieces of information on the fly,the willingness to always learn, regardless of one's expertise.

1B. Emergent leadership skills, in which an employee takes diverse leadership roles in a team, stepsback and lets other people in the team to lead.

1C. Ownership of work and projects, takes full responsibility of their actions, progress, failures and outcomes

1D. Intellectual humility is an attribute of an emergent leader and team player wherein one has the humility to accept better ideas of others. You are encouraged to be aggressive and passionate about your stance but also be accommodative of others’ opinions.

2. Office timings are between 9.00 A.M to 6.00 P.M

3. In depth knowledge of softwares such as CAD, SKP, ENS, PSD

4. Be a fun human, cause the work can be stressful

5. Need to achieve excellence, speed and accuracy.
