As an Entry-Level Assembler, you'll play a vital role in producing high-quality cable accessories. With your skills, attention to detail, and teamwork, you'll contribute to our mission of delivering safe and reliable electrical solutions. Key Responsibilities: Prepare for assembly by studying instructions, blueprints, and gathering necessary parts and tools. Position and assemble parts and components, ensuring proper fit and secure fastening. Contribute to prototype builds and special assembly projects as required. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols. Utilize resources efficiently to support production goals. Assist in training new team members in basic assembly tasks. Conduct quality inspections to ensure all work meets standards before transferring to the next stage. Document production and quality activities accurately. We Are Looking For: A high school diploma or GED, or equivalent work experience. Some experience in a manufacturing setting is a plus (0-1 year). Familiarity with hand and power tools. Ability to read and interpret basic drawings and material lists. Basic computer skills to support documentation efforts. Proficiency in understanding verbal and written instructions in English. Physical Demands: The role falls under a Medium - Heavy Physical Demand Level, requiring: Occasional lifting of up to 75 pounds (with assistance) and frequent lifting of up to 40 pounds. Carry weight of up to 40 pounds occasionally for distances up to 25 feet. Frequent pushing/pulling of up to 40 pounds, with occasional assistance for heavier loads. Continuous standing and walking, with frequent bending, stooping, squatting, and lifting tasks. Regular use of hands for gripping, manipulating, and operating tools.
