Volt is immediately hiring 2nd Shift Entry Level Assembler/Operator for a manufacturing company in Irvine Ca As a Entry Level Assembler/Operator you will: Job Description Day to Day Responsibilities Assemble seals and components using microscope per work orders and final prints Ensure all parts meet high-quality standards through visual and dimensional inspection Perform visual and dimensional inspections using calipers and video inspection stations Maintain material traceability for spring and jacket materials. Cut and weld springs accurately to specifications. Operate spring winder and spring former machines under supervision Maintain a clean and organized work area. Collaborate with team members and CNC machinists to ensure balanced production. Troubleshoot and contribute to process improvements. Comply with all legal, regulatory, and company safety requirements This is a Full-Time Temp-to-Hire Opportunity The ideal candidate will have: Required Skills & Qualifications 1-5 years of experience working in assembly Strong ability to read blueprints and understand work orders Strong understanding of seal attributes Proficiency in tasks such as spring cutting, welding, inspection, spring forming, and secondary seal testing Can use all inspection tools to measure seals to print conformance Must meet ITAR requirements Preferred Skills & Qualifications Punctual an hard working individual Strong attention to details Understand and follow clean room procedures (preferred) Schedule: Monday - Friday 1pm-9:30pm Pay Rate : $17.00-$18.00 per hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
