Entry-Level Auto Finance Representative
We are hiring for three key roles within our Auto Finance Operations team:
+ Customer Accounts Representative
+ Customer Care Representative
+ Title Associate – Customer Service Support
Candidates should be open to any of these roles. Cross‑training and development opportunities are available across departments.
Customer Accounts RepresentativeSchedule
+ Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
+ Two late nights per week: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (never on Fridays)
+ Every other Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
+ One week per month: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM with Saturday 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
What You’ll Do
+ Make courtesy calls to customers who are 1–29 days past due
+ Assist customers with:
+ Adding or updating payment methods
+ Setting up auto‑pay
+ Resetting passwords
+ No heavy collections — escalated accounts handled by ...
