At Jacobs, you’ll be a vital member of our Highways team and will have the opportunity to support engineers on structural and highway design plans for transportation projects.
As CAD Technician, you’ll work collaboratively on multi-discipline projects with other technicians and engineers in the roadway and structural groups. You’ll apply your CAD software skills and knowledge of design/drafting standards, practices and techniques to develop structural design plans. Construction phase work assignments may include preparing sketches and reviewing shop drawings. You will be responsible for meeting deadlines and ensuring the plans adhere to all internal and client specific quality standards.
