A typical day at Premier Deck
We arrive on site at 7:30. Unload the trailer and set up the work site for the day. Work with and along side the Deck Lead to produce a great deck project and provide an amazing experience for the customer from start to finish.
Clean and pack up job site, and punch out by 3:30. 






Responsibilities and Duties






  • Customer Service




    • Direct and professional interaction with customer





    • Continuous customer communication





    • Strive for a 5 star review on all projects







  • Quality



    • Maintain a quality standard outlined by Premier Deck






  • Schedule



    • Complete projects on time or ahead of schedule 






  • Organization




    • Job Site must be clean and orderly 





    • Clean and organized trailer





    • Maintain a stocked trailer 







  • Production



    • Able to work with Deck Lead and produce approximately. 200 square feet of deck per week










Requirements and Qualifications






  • Valid driver's license





  • Basic hand tools





  • Ability to lift 80 pounds
