What You’ll Do Provide information and assistance to clients regarding products, coverage, and available services.


Respond to questions with accuracy, empathy, and professionalism.


Stay current on evolving plans and updates to ensure clients have the best possible solutions.


Conduct periodic reviews to identify opportunities for cost savings or enhanced protection.


What We’re Looking For Previous experience in  customer service, sales, or client support  is an asset.


Strong ability to  connect and build rapport  with people.
