Role Overview
We are hiring Administrative Care Team Representatives to support high‑volume inbound and outbound customer interactions. This position is critical to delivering a positive customer experience and maintaining smooth day‑to‑day operations.
You will be responsible for answering phones, handling customer inquiries, performing general office duties, and supporting data and order entry. This role requires someone who is personable, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle high‑volume inbound phone calls; assist returning customers with program questions, payments, service estimates, and general account needs.
Answer billing questions and process credit/debit payments.
Complete order entry, data entry, and scheduling tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
Send emails, manage invoicing, and maintain up‑to‑date customer records.
Make outbound follow‑up calls as needed.
