Entry Level Electrical Engineer

Job Description Job Description We have an immediate opportunity for an Electrical Engineer in the Anaheim, CA area. This position will support the Field Engineer Group within the Distribution Engineering Department. This is a hybrid position and requires working in the office Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Duties and Responsibilities Ability to work closely with the field engineering teams supporting capital project scoping, field-based assessments and process improvement initiatives Technical analysis, documentation and collaboration will team and stakeholders Ability to conduct field assessments and power systems modeling (load flow studies) Support grid modernization and infrastructure replacement Scope capital projects including overhead/underground conductor replacement, programmable capacitor control and fuse upgrades Document and track projects Provide recommendations and documentation for system and process improvements Assist in training and guiding engineering team on new tools an...
