Position Overview Silvus is on the lookout for an Electronics Technician I to join the production team for our StreamCaster line of MIMO radios. In this entry-level position, you will collaborate with operations management and engineering to ensure the delivery of high-quality products while contributing to ongoing improvements. This full-time opportunity involves morning shift hours, working on-site Monday through Friday from 4:00 am to 12:30 pm at Silvus Technologies' HQ located in the heart of vibrant West Los Angeles. Key Responsibilities Conduct testing of sensitive electronic assemblies and printed circuit boards (PCBs). Perform final assembly and inspection of finished products. Engage in system testing and quality control processes during production. Log statistics and provide daily feedback to the team to enhance performance. Take on additional duties as needed to support the team. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Good manual dexterity with tools such as tweezers, screwdrivers, and torque wrenches. Proficient PC skills and computer savvy. Strong team player with a collaborative mindset. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong communication skills and a commitment to teamwork. Detail-oriented with a passion for hands-on work. Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident) due to contract requirements. All employment is contingent upon passing a background check. Preferred Skills Experience in electronics manufacturing and testing is a plus. Familiarity with Linux operating systems is advantageous. Work Environment Work is conducted in an indoor, air-conditioned facility. Occasional exposure to varying temperatures. Physical requirements include lifting up to 25 lbs and walking/moving within the labs. Compensation & Benefits The pay range for this position is based on market research and experience, with a range of $21 - $22 USD per hour in California.
