Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking motivated Entry-Level Highway/Roadway Engineers to join our growing team in the Toledo, OH office. If you’re a recent civil engineering graduate eager to start your career in transportation design, we encourage you to apply also!

As part of our dynamic design team, you’ll contribute to projects of all sizes and complexities, from local roadway improvements to major state and interstate highway initiatives. Our engineers are involved in every stage of the process, including conceptual planning, alignment studies, and the preparation of detailed construction documents. You’ll also help develop and evaluate design alternatives that balance project costs with key considerations such as environmental impacts, utilities, and property constraints.
