Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design creative and visually compelling graphics, layouts, and illustrations for websites, social media, print materials, presentations, and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Content, and Product teams to understand project requirements and deliver impactful visual solutions.
  • Develop and maintain brand identity across all design assets.
  • Produce high-quality visual content while adhering to brand guidelines and exploring new creative directions.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, integrating them into your work.
  • Participate in ideation and brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh ideas to visual strategies.
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently, meeting deadlines without compromising on quality.
  • Edit and retouch images, optimize layouts, and ensure design output is polished and professional.
  • Coordinate with external creatives like photographers, printers, and illustrators for successful execution of projects.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a diverse and strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Solid understanding of design fundamentals including typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • High attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to accept feedback and adapt designs accordingly.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX principles and web design is a plus.
  • Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a bonus.
  • Understanding of branding and marketing concepts is advantageous.
