Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Design creative and visually compelling graphics, layouts, and illustrations for websites, social media, print materials, presentations, and campaigns.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Content, and Product teams to understand project requirements and deliver impactful visual solutions.
- Develop and maintain brand identity across all design assets.
- Produce high-quality visual content while adhering to brand guidelines and exploring new creative directions.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, integrating them into your work.
- Participate in ideation and brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh ideas to visual strategies.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently, meeting deadlines without compromising on quality.
- Edit and retouch images, optimize layouts, and ensure design output is polished and professional.
- Coordinate with external creatives like photographers, printers, and illustrators for successful execution of projects.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a diverse and strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Solid understanding of design fundamentals including typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- High attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to accept feedback and adapt designs accordingly.
- Familiarity with UI/UX principles and web design is a plus.
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a bonus.
- Understanding of branding and marketing concepts is advantageous.
