🧩 Key Responsibilities:

- Design and draft functional, aesthetic, and efficient architectural floor plans

- Develop interior layouts, material boards, and space-planning concepts

- Create 3D renderings, walkthroughs, and visualizations (Lumion / Enscape / V-Ray)

- Prepare working drawings, construction details, and presentation documents

- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and site teams for smooth project execution

- Ensure design compliance with local building codes and standards
