Location: Charlotte, NC  (On-site – Must work from the office)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Salary Range: $42,800 - $46,780 per year

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry Level Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team.

As the Entry Level Marketing Coordinator, you will work closely with our experienced marketing professionals to support various initiatives that drive brand awareness and engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns


• Coordinate and manage social media content and engagement


• Support the creation of marketing materials including brochures, flyers, and newsletters


• Help organize promotional events and campaigns from conception to execution


• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences


• Analyze and report on marketing performance metrics


• Collaborate with the design team to create compelling visuals for marketing initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field


• Strong verbal and written communication skills


• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with Adobe Creative Suite


• Basic understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
