Entry Level - Operator 1

Overview

The primary function of Entry Level - Operator 1 at the Randle Division, is to keep the facility clean in order to eliminate safety and fire hazards. The person in this position will work in the Sawmill or Planer and will be asked to perform the following tasks; general facility clean up including picking up slabs, sticks, sawdust, chips off lower mill floors, and assist with dust mitigation. This is a full time position with cross training lead-ins to operate some of the advanced equipment in the facility.

Starting work schedule: Tuesday-Friday, Day Shift (3:00 AM to 1:30 PM, flexible as needed, must be willling to also work swing shift). Wage starts at $22.00 per hour. ($45,760 per year before any overtime and production bonuses). Production Bonuses are possible for every employee each month, based on the plant site's target goals. Also includes a $1500 hiring bonus!
