Entry-Level or Experienced Fabrication Specialist

The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) organization is seeking Entry-Level or Associate Fabrication Specialist to join the Phantom Works Operations team in Mesa, AZ.

This position will require strong teamwork and communication skills to effectively work with the build team to support various proprietary programs. Ideal candidates will possess strong leadership skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment. 

Critical attributes of a successful candidate are attention to detail in process steps, self-motivation/strong work ethic, good communication, constructive collaboration with teams, good manual dexterity, and an ability to work in an environment with solvents.

Additionally, this opportunity requires obtaining and maintaining a DoD “Final” Secret security clearance as well as Special Program accesses.
