Our client is a U.S.-based real estate company that helps large businesses find specific types of properties — often before they’re listed for sale.
They work with clients in logistics, retail, infrastructure, and other industries that need land or buildings in key locations. The team identifies properties that match what the client needs, then reaches out to the owners with potential offers.
You’ll help by doing the research that powers this work.
🛠 What You’ll Do
This is a hybrid outbound + research role designed to remove friction in off-market acquisition workflows. You’ll own the space between “we have a parcel” and “we’re speaking to the right decision-maker,” combining live calls with real-time investigative research to keep leads alive and accurate.
Success looks like: clean ownership data, correct contacts, thoughtful conversations, and fewer leads dying after the first attempt.
You will:
Research property ownership, including LLCs, trusts, and entities
Identify true decision-makers by ownership type
Source accurate phone numbers and emails
Make consistent outbound calls during U.S. hours
Adapt scripts and questions live on calls
Re-research when contact paths break or stall
Document findings cleanly in the CRM

You don’t need experience in real estate — but you should enjoy research, be comfortable using digital tools, and take pride in getting the details right.
You might be a good fit if you:
Have fluent, confident English communication
Comfort with high-volume outbound calling
Strong web research instincts beyond LinkedIn
Sound judgment and pattern recognition
High attention to detail and data accuracy
Stamina for repetitive, focused work

Background in investigative or due-diligence research
CRM-heavy or account-facing experience
