Job Description
The Project Coordinator (Entry-Level) is an entry-level member of the Project Management Office (PMO) and provides foundational administrative and execution support to project teams delivering IT installation, upgrade, and deployment initiatives. This role is designed to develop core project management skills while supporting standardized PMO processes, documentation, scheduling, logistics coordination, and client reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update project schedules, trackers, and documentation in accordance with PMO standards.
- Update and manage project logs, including action items, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
- Support assignment, scheduling, and follow-up of field resources (technicians, vendors) to ensure timely execution of project activities.
