Compensation:$92,300 - $187,500 yearly
Responsibilities:- Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Assist buyers and sellers through every step of the real estate transaction, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies that enhance client satisfaction and business growth.
- Utilize our lead generation systems to identify and connect with prospective clients effectively.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to continuously improve your real estate knowledge and skills.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings and attract potential buyers and sellers.
- Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to connect with clients.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Proven track record of working collaboratively in a team setting to achieve shared goals.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, ensuring accurate and efficient record-keeping of client interactions.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems for lead generation and client management.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and participation in training sessions to enhance real estate knowledge and skills.
