Job Description

We’re hiring Security Technicians to support residential customers. This role is a great fit for candidates with a hands‑on or mechanical background who enjoy working with tools and providing customer service.

What you’ll do after training:

+ Install and program security alarms, CCTV (IP & analog), DVRs, and access control systems

+ Install sensors (door, window, smoke detectors)

+ Troubleshoot signal issues and test equipment

+ Train customers on system use

+ Complete job paperwork and maintain truck inventory

+ Provide excellent customer service and meet install quality goals

What we’re looking for:

+ Hands-on experience (construction, low voltage, cabling, maintenance, HVAC, warehouse, etc.)

+ Strong communication and customer‑service skills

+ Reliable, adaptable, and solution‑oriented

+ Security or alarm experience is a plus, not required
