The Service Advisor is a frontline customer engagement and consultative sales role responsible for educating customers on natural‑based plant health, lawn, tree, and pest care solutions. The position blends customer service, problem solving, and sales, with a strong emphasis on empathy, active listening, and delivering a consistent experience across all interactions.
Team members support inbound customer inquiries, manage web leads and SELL! No prior industry experience is required. Training is fully provided through hands-on, in-person instruction until the advisor is confident and independently productive.
Customer Interaction & Advisory
Conduct customer needs assessments around lawn, tree, and pest concerns
Provide clear explanations of natural-based treatment options
