The Sales Role
Hiring Immediately.
As a full-time Entry-Level Sales Representative, you’ll learn how to confidently educate homeowners on our industry-leading, patented flood-prevention solutions. You’ll develop the communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills needed to excel not only in this role but in every stage of your future career with us. We don’t just train you to sell we train you to lead, grow, and build a long-term profession in a rapidly expanding market.
Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging, fully interactive presentations that educate homeowners on flood-prevention systems and installation options
• Participate in weekly training, coaching sessions, and tactical skill-development workshops
• Collaborate with peers, contribute to a high-performance team environment, and support the professional growth of others
• Represent DamEasy with professionalism, confidence, and purpose in every homeowner interaction
Qualifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence speaking with homeowners and presenting information clearly
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and committed to personal and professional growth
• Curious, open-minded learner with a desire to develop long-term career skills
• Naturally outgoing and energized by face-to-face interaction
• BA/BS is a plus, but not required — we hire for attitude, drive, and potential
Compensation
• Uncapped commissions + performance bonuses
• Average earning potential: $100,000 – $230,000 per year
