Job Description
A Mechanical Engineer at NI ensures that a design meets its technical specifications, business goals, and customer needs. You will design a variety of different products, including assemblies, enclosures, internal parts, and accessories for test and measurement hardware.

+ Create/design/model/prototype electronics packaging solutions for NI products.
+ Select and approve materials, components, and mechanical hardware.
+ Create materials processing specifications for part manufacturing.
+ Certify and support external vendors involved in product/part manufacturing.
+ Conduct tolerance stack-up, thermal and structural analyses of products.
+ Conduct verification and validation testing for the product.
+ Provide support to the manufacturing team throughout production.
